BLACK BOOTS

July 2, 2019

With winter being here and work slowing down a touch I thought I might go back to a bit of blogging. As much as Summer gives me positivity and makes rising early easy, these past few weeks of rain reminded me how depended we truly are on water. Yes the drought has created an incredible awareness in Cape Town for the conservation of our water supply, but it has also made me think of our planet. And how the seasons are so vital to the ecosystem. A set up so ingrained in our planet it will continue with or without us, but while we are here inhabiting this world we should at least give it the best fighting chance. Global warming first made serious news 30 years ago today, what have we done so far? And are all the pasts predictions coming true?
